Welcome to Star Boostly. These Terms govern your use of our platform, which connects brands with verified creators for paid collaborations. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Star Boostly
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract. Creators must operate genuine social media accounts; brands must be real, verifiable businesses or individuals.
2. Bookings and payments
- Brands book creators for defined deliverables at agreed prices.
- Payments are held safely by Star Boostly and released to the creator only after the work is delivered and approved.
- Star Boostly charges a platform commission (currently 15%) on each completed booking.
3. Creator obligations
Creators agree to deliver the agreed content on time, follow the brief, keep content live for any required retention period, and comply with advertising-disclosure rules (e.g. using #ad).
4. Brand obligations
Brands agree to provide clear briefs, pay through the platform, and not solicit creators to transact off-platform.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing contact details to move deals off-platform.
- Fake accounts, bought followers, or fraudulent metrics.
- Illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
6. Disputes
If a deliverable is disputed, Star Boostly may review evidence and resolve by release, partial refund, or full refund at its reasonable discretion.
7. Liability
Star Boostly is a marketplace and is not a party to the content agreement between brand and creator. We provide the platform "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
